
Delivery Driver
Job Summary
The main responsibility of the job is to safely operate a light-duty/non-CDL delivery vehicle while performing package pick-up and deliveries at local businesses
and residences. Each day, packages will be sorted by geographical area, which you would then be assigned for delivery. Each driver will be equipped and trained on routing software that will assist in efficiency and productivity. This position is primarily self-managed once out on the road, with targeted goals as the means of accountability.

Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain a safe, operable vehicle at all times.

Operate the vehicle in a safe manner, following all DOT and FMCSR regulations.

Properly deliver each package on route to its designated address.

Pick up all packages requested by customers.

Support other team members when help is needed.

Provide five-star customer service at each delivery and pickup.

Properly collect all required data utilizing the motor carriers' technology and platform.
Qualifications & Skills Required

Must be 21 years of age or older.

Must be able to pass a background(No convictions within the last 10 years)

Must possess a valid license with no major violations.

Must be able to pass a drug test(marijuana included for some, but not all).

Must be able to pass a DOT physical.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (up to 150 lbs with proper dolly use).

Ability to work independently and meet productivity expectations.

Ability to utilize technology at the customer's point of delivery.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Ability to use and follow a GPS device while safely operating a commercial vehicle.
